1. Who runs it

The Friends programme is run by Elevate.U (nutritionist.ae), trade licence 1594265, Dubai, UAE. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this programme.

2. Who can take part

Members who hold, or have held, an Elevate.U membership bought through the App Store, in the iOS app. Coaching clients and Android members are not part of the programme at this time. We may add or remove groups of members with notice in the app.

3. Your code and your friend's first month at half price

Every eligible member gets a personal code. A friend who enters your code when they create their Elevate.U account receives, in the app, their own one-time Apple offer code for their first month of Elevate.U at half price; each code can be redeemed once. The offer is provided by Elevate.U, is redeemable only through Apple's App Store in the countries and regions where Elevate.U is available, requires an Apple Account, is for new and expired subscribers only, is not for resale, has no cash value, and is available while supplies last. The price shown on Apple's purchase sheet is the price that applies. Apple's terms apply to its redemption.

4. Credits

You earn one credit for each calendar month in which a friend who entered your code pays for an Elevate.U membership through the App Store; a yearly membership payment counts as twelve months. A credit is earned only after the payment is made; a free month, a trial, a Family Sharing membership or a sandbox purchase earns nothing. If a friend's payment is refunded, the credits earned from that payment are removed. A credit can be used 14 days after the payment it comes from, or 30 days after a yearly payment. Until then the app shows it as on its way.

5. Using credits

Credits are applied as a discount on your own next App Store payment, by you, in the app: on the monthly plan one credit is 20% off your next monthly payment and five credits are a free month; on the yearly plan five credits are 10% off your next yearly payment, up to 50% (25 credits), and a discount can be applied in the 30 days before your renewal. The discount is an Apple promotional offer: you confirm it on Apple's purchase sheet, Apple applies it to your next renewal, and your plan then returns to its normal price. One discount can be applied per billing period. Credits used for a discount are deducted when the discount is confirmed. If Apple applies a discount to your renewal that you did not confirm in the app, or a larger one than you confirmed, its credits are deducted; credits you do not have yet are taken from the credits you earn next.

6. What credits are not

Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged, and are not refunded. They are kept while your account exists and are lost if your account is deleted or closed. On the monthly plan your bank holds up to 25 credits: no further credits are earned while it is full, and earning resumes once you apply some. There is no limit on the yearly plan. Credits do not expire.

7. What your friend will see

When your friend enters your code, you will see their first name and the date they joined, and the number of your friends who are current members. You will never be told which friend pays. By entering a code, your friend agrees to this.

8. Fair use

You may share your code with people you know, one at a time, through your own messaging apps. A code can be entered by up to 10 new friends in any 30 days. You may not post it on coupon or discount websites, use it for yourself through another account, create accounts to earn credits, or offer anything in exchange for entering it. We may remove credits earned in breach of these terms, block a code, or end a member's participation.

9. Changes and ending

We may change the rewards, the rules, or end the programme, with notice in the app. Credits already earned remain usable for at least 30 days after a notice that the programme is ending.

10. Your data

Your code, who you invited, the dates and the credits are stored by Elevate.U to run the programme, under our Privacy Notice.

11. Apple's role

Discounts and the first-month offer are delivered through the App Store under Apple's terms. Apple is not responsible for this programme.
